This is one of the sample journal recorded by myself to record the growing process of bean sprout .

30 grams of mung beans, clean and put into a small bowl (the small bowl must not be stained with oil), and soak in warm water for more than 4 hours.

For the small box prepared in advance (the bottom penetrates several small holes for watering), put the soaked mungbean into this box and cover it; put it into another container and cover it (be sure to avoid light).

2021.7.26（2nd day）

The buds have grown 7-10 mm on the second day.

2021.7.27（3rd day）

The buds have grown 11 mm and the water was added in a more frequent state.

2021.7.28（4th day）

It seems that the buds not only become longer   but also thicker. The small box could not contain so many buds.

2021.7.29（5th day）

The buds turned completely yellow and now edible.
